I work with adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families, to develop a treatment plan uniquely designed for each person. During the initial visit, issues bringing the client to therapy and ways of dealing with them are discussed. Common issues addressed in therapy may include stress, depression, anxiety, relationship and family problems, transition, loss, grief, self-esteem, and unhealthy life choices. I employ many advanced theatment modalities to assist my clients. Therapy is designed to address the core issues, but is also goal-oriented and structured to help clients improve communication and relationship skills, and lead happier, more productive lives.
