As a seasoned psychotherapist, I can help you by giving you a formal diagnosis at the time of our first session, educate you of your issue, and teach you better coping skills. You CAN become a stronger person! I have been in practice since for over 20 years and have worked both in the mental health community as well as the private practice setting in various states. I specialize in working with anxiety/depression, eating disorders, addictions, women's issues, family and parent support, trauma, and I also enjoy working with seniors and their families.
