I specialize in EMDR, a type of therapy that offers wonderful results with clients experiencing long-term difficulties such as relationship struggles, PTSD anxiety, grief, and low-self-esteem. Clients seeking to change need to have a new experience in session; talking is not the same thing as changing. We will use a range of strategies to create a new experience of yourself. EMDR is also used with great results for individuals who have had a recent distressing incident such as a car accident, break in, assault, etc. I use a variety of out-of-the-box strategies to create new possibilities in how you experience yourself and others.
