Do you want to be more present and have improved balance in your life? I enjoy working with clients to do just that! My goal is to hear how you'd like to see yourself and develop a plan that will help strive towards achieving that vision for yourself. My areas of expertise include working with adolescents (age 14-18) & adults with mood disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia) and/or cooccurring (addiction issues), as well as the treatment of sexual abuse and sexual offending/addiction, working with LGBTQ+ clients and general mental health concerns and issues.
