Life is not simple. There are many unplanned, uncontrollable and unfair things that serve as roadblocks to our “ideal” life, despite our best intentions. As a therapist, it is my mission to provide my clients with a reliable space, separate from life’s complexity, in which they are met with empathy, acceptance, and empowerment. In this space, clients are invited to be their genuine selves, explore who they are, and understand the influence their life experiences have had on how they interact with the world around them. You are capable of handling what life throws at you, but you do not have to handle everything alone!
