My name is Sharon Stines and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified EMDR therapist. I specialize in trauma and abuse recovery. My primary modalities are attachment-based EMDR, Ego-State/Inner Family Systems/Inner Child and Schema Therapy. I am solution focused. I am also an addictions specialist. I offer my experience, skill set, and relationship to help clients meet their goals of abuse/trauma recovery, healing and freedom. Because I am a Christian, I also offer faith-based therapy for those interested in it. And, as a recovering alcoholic, I also offer addiction recovery counseling as well.
