Sometimes we need to talk to someone to help us process our feelings and to help us navigate life's challenges. Those challenges may be grief, trauma, a difficult relationship or low self esteem. As your therapist, I am here to provide support, a listening ear and my clinical expertise to help you reach your fullest potential. I want to help you grow and develop the coping skills you need to help you manage difficult emotions and overcome barriers so you can achieve the happiness you deserve. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy at New Way Empowerment Center. I utilize my expertise to help you heal from past trauma, learn yourself, be yourself & reach your goals! Together we can work on identifying and changing unhealthy thought patterns. We also provides FREE support groups, Youth Groups, life coaching, and case management.
