Welcome to Sharp Counseling. I’m glad you’re here. I serve clients in Montgomery, Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia, and provide virtual therapy for individuals in Arizona. My name is Susan, and I’m an EMDR therapist and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist with over 33 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through seasons of healing, growth, and change. I believe our greatest joy — and often our deepest pain — comes from our relationships. When communication feels strained or old wounds resurface, it’s easy to feel disconnected, misunderstood, or alone. My work is centered on helping you gently rebuild connection I love to empower adults to overcome life challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples/relationship conflict. With specialized training in trauma recovery, EMDR therapy, mindfulness, and Imago Relationship Therapy. I enjoy providing couples workshops and groups for divorce recovery.
