At different times in our lives we can feel stuck and struggle with finding our way. Sometimes our ways of handling these struggles aren't helpful or may even prevent us from growing. I work with clients who are dealing with depression and anxiety, loss and trauma, having difficulties in relationships, work, school, parenting, and life-stage transitions.
