She earned her Undergraduate Degree in Human Services with a Minor in Business from Elon University and earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University. Shashonna is passionate about connecting, motivating, and helping individuals from all walks of life. She has been working in the mental health field for 14 years.
