I am passionate about people from all walks of life. I enjoy working with a variety of individuals from those walking through hard seasons, struggling with big decisions, anxiety, depression, experiencing grief and loss to wanting to work through significant traumas and emotional healing. I have a welcoming and conversational style and work hard to create a space that feels comfortable, non-judgmental and safe. I believe we are amazingly resilient in the midst of life's circumstances and sometimes it is helpful to have someone who can walk alongside and help us navigate them.
