I am genuinely interested in healing and recovery. I am a firm believer in using a wellness model of treatment. I believe that focusing on and highlighting your strengths will often yield positive results. As a marriage and family therapist, I offer guidance to couples and families who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. I also enjoy working with children, teens and adults individually in an effort to help them heal and grow. We can work together to overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, intimacy issues, generational conflict, trauma and more. Difficult situations can be opportunities for growth.
