It can be difficult to find someone you trust during traumatic or uncertain times in your life. Feeling comfortable and safe with a therapist is an important part of beginning the healing process. This is where I start. My office is warm and inviting, and my approach is engaging. I want my clients to feel heard and understood. I work to help them find their value inside and outside of relationships and to take control of their lives. Overcoming depression, anxiety, trauma history, and relational stress are common results of our therapeutic relationship.
