It is my honor to help you "be who you came here to be" by healing old survival skills, releasing old stories, and discovering the courage and strategies to help you step into manifesting change in your life. We'll collaborate in developing functional ways of getting your needs met, having healthy relationships, and creating your own new definitions of health, strength, and well-being. My transpersonal work includes creating ritual and healing ceremonies, developing an authentic and rich connection to Source as you understand it, and a variety of shamanic healing practices.
