My mission is to assist women, with an emphasis on women within the BIPOC community in de-stigmatizing mental health and making it safe to receive mental health treatment. We have been placed in undesirable roles, where we began to accept the false narrative and unrealistic expectations that we are to be all things, to all people within our lives. We take on many roles while fighting the societal stereotypes placed upon us. Through this, the greatest of all losses occurred…we lost ourselves. Together, I will assist you in cultivating a firmer foundation of self.
