I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who knows firsthand the lasting impact trauma can have on a person's overall well-being. Being a therapist is something I enjoy; providing clinical support comes EASY! For over 25 years I have worked with individuals; couples and families in addressing some of life’s most challenging circumstances. I am clinically trained in (DBT); (CBT); (TF-CBT); (ACT) and (SFT). My use of diverse therapeutic approaches has been very effective. Utilizing a patient centered approach allows me to most efficiently utilize my clinical training.
