There are times in our lives where getting additional support can help address life's painful events, transitions, issues and/or patterns that are no longer serving us. In my practice, I strive to provide a safe place and a supportive connection to help my clients address what is getting in the way of being their most authentic selves. My focus is to build positive therapeutic relationships with my clients, support and guide them to identify their strengths, with intention of creating solutions that promote stability and hope. I offer education, skills, and tools my clients can utilize in their day-to-day lives.
