I have been helping people to understand themselves and their problems for over 30 years, and always aim to be empathic, collaborative, productive and practical. All people have challenges to navigate in life, and we all might need occasional expert help to get past trouble spots. I enjoy working with older teens, college students, and individual adults of all ages. Having raised two children, I understand the challenges of modern family life and trying to stay balanced in our hectic world.
