Life can be challenging for many different reasons, and sometimes it feels like everything is happening at once or things just aren't going how we expected. Being vulnerable is difficult, and so is assessing ourselves honestly and kindly. It's overwhelming to look inward to assess the changes that we can make or the standards that we want to set for ourselves. Sometimes it takes an objective perspective to help us realize our reality as well as our potential.
