I work with high-achieving women who are over the self-abandonment and ready to reconnect with themselves. Women who've carried trauma, navigated loss, and racked up achievements all while sacrificing their own well-being. Women who look around and think, "Seriously, how did I get here?" and want a real answer. I help women navigate trauma, grief, and loss, not just the grief of losing loved ones, but the grief of not living the life you imagined, of losing yourself in the process of becoming "successful," of sacrificing your truth for approval. This work is about reclaiming all of you.
