I help my clients heal their relationships starting with the one with themselves. I help clients either heal from a past traumatic relationship, improve a current one or prepare themselves for a new one. My clients often want to learn how to resolve conflicts, advocate for their needs and set boundaries. Sometimes my clients identify as people pleasers and want to learn how to listen to their own needs. I help guide my clients on their healing from the inside out.
