Welcome, my name is Shavontae and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with adolescents/teens, adults and their families. As someone who has gone through a life-changing event, I am passionate about supporting others and their families to overcome challenges related to coping with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other chronic illnesses and about bringing awareness of how a chronic illness can have a major impact on an individual and their families’ mental health. Chronic illnesses can causes depression, anxiety, stress, anger, grief and I am here to support you through it.
