I assist clients in finding self-compassion, connection, and inner freedom. I am motivated to help people discover new and forgotten possibilities within themselves. I help clients trust themselves, learn from themselves, and live in harmony with their values and goals. This is accomplished in a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel supported and enabled to do their important work, as I believe all people are whole, capable and resourceful.
