I am a relational individual with extensive life experience, which enables me to help people understand and transform patterns that no longer serve them. My office is a serene environment where we can create new ways of relating to ourselves and others. I am a native Idahoan, and I bring a common-sense, collaborative, and sensitive approach to the narrative you present. I am also extremely patient, and so when you are ready, we can discuss interventions for your difficulties and symptoms so that you can continue on your journey, stronger and healthier.
