I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor providing services to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and relationship issues. Carl Jung asserted, "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become." This concept is a key principle of my philosophy for change. We all possess the ability to heal, grow, and overcome adversity; though, we are not created to do it alone, and choosing a better path isn't always simple or easy.
