My goal is to work together with you in discovering who you once were, who you are now, and who and where you want to be. I believe we can learn to understand our thoughts and emotions in order to heal, discover peace, and find empowerment through self-compassion and grace. In this journey of self-discovery, I hope to provide you with a non-judgmental and supportive safe space while focusing on developing genuine trust and connection.
