I am a licensed mental health provider in California and Missouri and have helped clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and coping with life changes. I'll ask about your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and any goals you'd like to work on. This session is also a chance for you to share what you hope to gain from therapy.
