I provide a safe, friendly, supportive environment where I help my clients tap into their inherent strength and wisdom, sharpen the tools they already have, and discover new ones. I offer guidance and encouragement as they gain clarity from their own experience to identify causes of unnecessary pain, and what is preventing them from actualizing their potential, or keeping them unfulfilled in life. I work collaboratively with them to use this insight to develop effective and sustainable solutions.
