Welcome! I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and Veteran of the United States Air Force. I enjoy counseling adults suffering from a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, medical/health issues, work/life balance, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, PTSD, and substance abuse disorders. I specialize in working with veterans and those in the military community. I use evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing. I also integrate mindfulness practices into my work to enhance client resiliency.
