My name is Shawn, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach centers on building trust and creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore your emotions, patterns of behavior, and begin to reshape thought processes for improved self-esteem and well-being. During our initial sessions, you can expect a welcoming space to share openly and honestly. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I am committed to fostering an atmosphere where you feel truly heard. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and psychedelic integration therapy for clients concurrently in treatment using Spravato or Ketamine. My focus is trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and self esteem.
