Hello! I am an LCSW in in central Kentucky. I work with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, and anxiety. Life can feel heavier than it should at times, and many people feel like it is "just me", when in reality it is quite normal to feel this way. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from the parts of themselves that once felt steady and hopeful. My style is empowering, solution-oriented, and yes - sometimes a little humorous.
