About
Dedicating much of my clinical work to helping adolescents, young adults and adults, I have experience providing individual therapy for all ages and groups, including couples work. I assist clients coping with stress, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, marital and relationship issues, loss, eating disorders, oppositional behavior, life-skills work, adoptions/foster care, parenting issues, sexual identification struggles, and any life changes. I am passionate about helping my clients turn difficult experiences into opportunities for growth. I understand that stressful situations can be overwhelming.
