We find ourselves hurting. Life becomes hard. We pick up scars from past hardships as well as new wounds from our current trials. These scars and wounds hurt. Our hurt may be coming from thoughts we have a difficult time managing, from the tensions we live with, or from our patterns of self defeating behaviors. We desire to be free from our worries, our anxieties, and our struggle to accept ourselves. We want fulfillment for our longing to engage in real relationships with the people we love. We all want to feel loved, to feel at peace, and to see our hope realized. I offer in person counseling at my practice in Sandwich Illinois as well as Tele-health services by phone or Zoom.
