My breadth of knowledge consists of trauma-informed care using different approaches to customize your experience and healing journey. It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to ask for help. I provide a safe space to talk about your struggles and challenges and I welcome vulnerability and the processing of emotions. I equate vulnerability as a strength, not a weakness.
