I draw from a variety of theories, working to help you take responsibility to shape your life the way you want it to be. I believe that although sometimes we can't change our circumstances, we can change what we do and how we react to those circumstances. I strive to create a supportive, safe environment where you can begin taking control and create the positive changes you want to see in your life. I love my job and feel honored my clients trust me enough to share their challenges with me! I take pride in watching my clients become more confident in their lives and achieve their goals. I am a licensed MFT in SC and CA, and I believe my life experience as a mother, wife, and business woman has made me a more caring and emphatic therapist.
