I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana and have over 20 years of experience in mental health treatment. I completed my Master of Social Work degree at the University of Illinois- Chicago, Jane Addams College of Social Work in 2003 and have been licensed since 2008. I have experience using evidence based treatment models: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-Based Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused, and Solution Focused Therapy.
