Even the most successful lives can feel empty when connection is broken. High achievers are not immune, anyone can find themselves in moments where intimacy fades, trust is shattered, or old wounds resurface. When this happens, the pressure to keep everything together on the outside feels exhausting inside. That’s where I come in. I enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating betrayal trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, intimacy and attachment wounds, addiction, and the aftermath of broken trust.
