As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 25 ears of experience, I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, relationship difficulties, stress management, grief/loss, & childhood disorders. I work with adults, couples, and children/adolescents. My approach is patient-centered as I strive to understand each person’s unique experience in a way that is safe, supportive & nonjudgmental. With a humble & curious approach, I help patients explore challenges and work collaboratively to help them create, learn & develop the skills needed to produce meaningful & lasting change in their daily lives.
