I work with clients to help them make important changes or to overcome difficult life circumstances and obstacles. My desire is to support my clients, however, I also challenge them to foster growth. I have a energetic and transparent style that I hope feels relatable and warm. This is particularly important for clients who are: new to therapy, struggling with opening up, or are trying to overcome the negative stigma around seeking support. I have expertise in the areas of relational issues, stress, crisis intervention, depression, and anxiety. One of my specialties is working with active military service members and veterans.
