I'm currently accepting clients for the new year. Therapy does not have to feel heavy, awkward, or intimidating. Sometimes it is simply a space to pause, talk things through, and reconnect with yourself. I work with adults who feel stuck in anxiety, low mood, grief, or self-doubt, especially when stress or life changes start to feel overwhelming. Clients often share that sessions feel calm, genuine, and easy to step into, like having a thoughtful conversation where they can finally exhale and feel understood without pressure or judgment.
