Hi, I’m Shawniel Chamanlal, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who have spent much of their lives being the strong ones, responsible, capable, and often carrying more than their share. You may be someone others rely on, who shows up and gets things done, yet rarely has the space to slow down, rest, or be fully supported. Over time, this way of living can take a toll. Stress, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, difficulty setting boundaries, or a lingering sense of not feeling “enough” often stem from earlier experiences in which you learned to adapt, push through, or put others before yourself. I integrate EMDR therapy, mindfulness, and holistic practices to help you process unresolved experiences, reconnect with your body and emotions, and create a greater sense of balance and inner safety. We work together to heal the root cause, not just manage the symptoms.
