I work with anxiety, mood and personality disorders, addiction, and big life changes using evidence based practices that are practical to use outside of sessions. My vibe is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging with a firm belief humor is the best medicine! Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating; it can feel like a space where you finally figure things out and move forward.
