As a mental health provider, I believe that each person has their own unique story and deserves individualized treatment. Therefore, it is important to me as a provider to collaborate with my clients to ensure they are receiving the most effective therapy for their needs and accomplishing their personal mental health goals! Though I am familiar with a wide array of concerns and diagnoses, I do specialize in LGBTQ+ and trauma. I can offer talk therapy, such as CBT and DBT, as well as more structured therapy, such as EMDR.
