I get it because I've been there too. I'm committed to helping you move forward and step away from that pain. I work with adults ages 18 and up in Michigan and Illinois. I’m here to help you with challenges like addiction and substance use, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, depression, relationship/attachment stress, and self-esteem. I also love helping people through life transitions like college, changing jobs, getting married, parenthood, divorce, or healing after a breakup.
