As a Queer and Neurodivergent Therapist, I know first hand how overwhelming it is to find a counselor that's the right fit. I am so glad you are here. Life can be difficult, but it doesn't have to feel unmanageable. We all need support and guidance as we work to navigate daily life. Living in constant fear is paralyzing and feels like you are trapped in your own body. I work with adults who struggle with issues related to anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I am relational in my approach, meaning that I work to establish authentic connection in the therapeutic relationship.
