As a licensed clinician, I can support you with leaving a cycle of uncertainty becoming more confident in your decision making. With my trauma focused background, I help clients understand how they've been affected by things that have happened to them and how life experiences shape core beliefs. As part of your overall self-care routine, therapy can be a useful tool for strengthening both coping skills and emotional regulation. Our first session is chance for me to get to know you and identify your needs. We will spend time talking a bit about your history so I can better understand the life experiences that have shaped your thoughts and feelings.
