If the only thing constant is change, why is it often so difficult? Making the move from college to adulthood, job transitions, adjusting to parenthood, figuring out who you are following a break-up, a medical issue, the loss of a loved one. Life is a constant transition, throwing our values and ideals into question and forcing us to re-examine our identities, our choices, and our goals. While change can be overwhelming, it doesn’t have to be faced alone. Having a safe space to work through what’s difficult can lead to increased self-awareness and understanding, and lasting improvements in well-being and life satisfaction.
