Hello! I work from a solution-focused, strengths-based, collaborative therapeutic approach. My approach involves setting clear goals at the beginning of treatment, and helping you find the solutions that work best to create the positive change that you want to see in your life. As a counselor, my mission is to implement a comfortable space, support, strength, and guidance for individuals, couples, and families to process through emotions and foster growth, as well as advocating for and providing a voice for children. I believe that through fostering support, empowerment and healing, the life you want to live is always possible.
