As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) I have over a decade of experience in providing therapy to diverse populations in various settings. I offer individual and couple's psychotherapy for clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, parenting concerns, intimate partner violence, self-esteem, anger management, conflicts within relationships, life changes, and behavior dysregulation. My approach is client-centered, warm, and compassionate, and I use evidence-based practices such as trauma-focused approaches, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
