I earned my Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and have dedicated my career to helping clients move through life’s emotional, mental, and relational challenges with greater clarity and resilience. My passion lies in supporting women who feel stretched thin by the pressures of motherhood, career demands, and the invisible load of trying to hold everything together.
